Formation requise : Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master en Génie Analytique ou Gestion de Production dans un établissement d’enseignement belge.
Langue : Vous parlez Français et vous êtes à l'aise avec l'Anglais
Autres qualifications : La connaissance des procédés de fabrication d'un vaccin est un atout.
Début souhaité : Octobre / Novembre 2026
Modalités de travail : Télétravail non autorisé sauf exception
Requis : Le stage doit être obligatoire et effectué dans le cadre d’un cursus scolaire. La convention de stage doit être signée par trois parties : GSK, l’étudiant et l’université. Vous suivez actuellement une formation en alternance dans un établissement d’enseignement belge.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?
Travail dans un environnement de production d'antigènes réparti sur 2 batiments
Travail au sein des équipes logistiques de deux batiments
Présence en zone classifiée nécessaire
Intégration dans l'équipe responsable d'encadrer les équipes logistiques de deux batiments
Responsable de driver des initiatives en lien avec l'augmentation de la polyvalence inter-équipe
Responsable de driver des initiatives en lien avec la diminution du coût à la dose
Support pour les différents superviseurs de l'équipe
Que recherchons-nous ?
Un vif intérêt pour la production de vaccin et pour l'industrie biopharmaceutique
La volonté de travailler dans le domaine de la production ainsi que les contraintes qui en découlent (entrées en zones classifiées, bonne réponse à l'urgence, sens des priorités,...)
Capacité à s'adapter au changement et à travailler sous pression
Excellentes compétences en communication qui vous aident à influencer
Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, motivées par la curiosité
Dynamisme et confiance en soi pour faire confiance à son propre jugement
Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à établir des priorités.
Être capable d'interagir de manière constructive avec les employés et ouvriers des différentes équipes
