Zakład Produkcji Systemów Oświetlenia w Chrzanowie wytwarza lampy tylne i przednie do samochodów osobowych przy zastosowaniu zaawansowanych technologii metalizacji, montażu oraz wtrysku tworzyw sztucznych. Ponadto zakład posiada w pełni wyposażone laboratorium pomiarowe z unikatowym tunelem do badań fotometrycznych. W związku z rozwojem nowych projektów, w Chrzanowie zostało otwarte nowoczesne Development Center, które skupiać się będzie na projektowaniu oraz produkcji innowacyjnych systemów oświetleniowych dedykowanych samochodom osobowym.

Twóje Zadania:

Rozwój nowych projektów:czynny udział w analizach, wsparcie w zakupie nowych narzędzi oraz ich wdrażaniu na produkcję seryjną.

Analiza i optymalizacja:analizowanie pracy linii produkcyjnych, rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów na liniach montażowych oraz aktywne szukanie możliwości ulepszeń (Continuous Improvement).

Testy i próby: wsparcie w przeprowadzaniu testów technologicznych i prób produkcyjnych.

Tworzenie dokumentacji:przygotowywanie specyfikacji technicznych, instrukcji stanowiskowych oraz praca z dokumentacją CAD.

Współpraca:ścisła kooperacja z działem R&D oraz bieżący kontakt z dostawcami.

Nasze oczekiwania:

Profil studiów: student lub absolwent kierunków technicznych, takich jak: Inżynieria Produkcji, Inżynieria Materiałowa, Mechanika i Budowa Maszyn, Automatyka Przemysłowa (lub pokrewne).

Język angielski na poziomie min. B2

Kompetencje techniczne:

Umiejętność czytania i analizy rysunku technicznego.

Znajomość oprogramowania CAD

Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel.

Cechy osobiste:szukamy osoby z determinacją i zaangażowaniem, która chce się uczyć i nie boi się wyzwań na hali produkcyjnej.
