Job Description:

Die Greif Packaging Plastics Germany GmbH ist die deutsche Tochtergesellschaft der Greif Inc. in Ohio/USA, dem weltweit führenden Hersteller von Industrieverpackungen.

13.000 Mitarbeitende an mehr als 240 Standorten rund um den Globus leisten täglich ihren Beitrag zum Erfolg der Unternehmensgruppe. In Deutschland liegt der Schwerpunkt der Geschäftstätigkeit auf Produktion, Vertrieb und Rekonditionierung von Verpackungssystemen aus Stahl und Kunststoff. Am Standort in Mendig mit ca. 100 Mitarbeitenden werden IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) hergestellt und rekonditioniert.

Deine Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung und Überwachung des reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs mit Fokus auf die Blasmaschinen
Vorbereitung, Einrichtung sowie Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen, insbesondere der Blasmaschinen
Erkennung und Beseitigung von Störungen im Prozess (Ausführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten)
Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe und der Produktqualität sowie Sicht- und Qualitätskontrolle der neu produzierten IBC
Festlegen der Auftragsreihenfolge in Abstimmung mit der Produktionsplanung
Ermitteln von Produktionskennzahlen und Erstellung der Produktionsberichte
Personaleinsatzplanung der Blasmaschinenführer in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teamleiter und dem Schichtführer
Ermittlung des Schulungsbedarfs
Unterweisung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter(innen)

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schlosser, Elektriker oder Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in gleichgestellter Position im produzierenden Betrieb
Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Gute PC Kenntnisse, MS-Office – insbesondere Excel
Zuverlässigkeit, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft und gute Auffassungsgabe
