Verificarlayoutsde tiendas ycorners, considerando variables de espacio, operación y mobiliario, para lograr su alineación con estándares de marca y requerimientos operativos.
Coordinar yhacer seguimiento ala ejecución de renovaciones estéticas en tiendasRetailyWholesale, para lograr la actualización de los espacios según lineamientos definidos.
Encauzarla relación con proveedores en el desarrollo de proyectos de tiendas, showrooms y oficinas, para lograr la disponibilidad y cumplimiento de servicios requeridos.

Encauzar el control de la gestión presupuestaria de proyectos de tiendas, showrooms y oficinas a nivel regional, para lograr la ejecución conforme a presupuesto definido.
YOUR TALENT
4 a 5 añosde experiencia en proyectos, construcción, planificación de tiendas, fabricación de mobiliario, gestión de contratistas y control presupuestario.
Conocimiento y gestión de proyectos de especialidades (electricidad, climatización e iluminación).
Gestión de planificación de trabajo / elaboración de cartas Gantt.
Software dediseño: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, PowerPoint y 3D Studio Max.
Excelintermedio.
InglésAvanzado.
