Als Leitung des Stores bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Kund:innen begeistert sind, unsere Umsätze durch die Decke gehen und unser Team voller Energie ist.
Du stellst sicher, dass im gesamten Store ein außergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis geboten wird, übernimmst die Verantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb und motivierst dein Team, seine Ziele zu erreichen.

Was wir suchen:
- Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
- Ausgezeichnete Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, um Herausforderungen im Store souverän zu meistern
- Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit für die Steuerung von Inventur, Personalplanung und weiteren operativen Aufgaben
- Fähigkeit, ein Team zu leiten und zu motivieren
- Verkaufstalent zur Umsatzsteigerung und Zielerreichung
- Förderung eines positiven, kollaborativen Arbeitsumfelds, das Teamwork und Motivation stärkt
