Reporting to the EMEAI Region & NUTRITIONAL INGREDIENT DEVELOPMENT Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Strategic Accounts. You will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility while respecting the defined commercial strategy.

Your main missions will be:

Bring your expertise in animal nutrition and health, as well as your knowledge of the industry, to strategic accounts
Be the guardian of the relationship with the Strategic Accounts, facilitating high-level exchanges and optimizing interactions with all stakeholders.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the Strategic Accounts to best coordinate internal and external resources.
Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic plans with the Strategic Accounts.
Ensure alignment and communication between the Strategic Accounts and the various Phileo teams (sales, marketing, R&D, etc.).
Lead and conclude direct negotiations with the Strategic Accounts if necessary.
Ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of the Strategic Accounts.
Scope of responsibility: EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) and potential international contacts for some accounts.

Profile:

Solid expertise in animal nutrition and health, and knowledge of the industry
Master's degree or engineering diploma (or equivalent)
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in Key Account management
Excellent negotiation and project management skills
Relational skills and indirect leadership
Proficiency in English, proficiency in another language would be a plus
Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset

This position is based in France (or another European country) and requires approximately 50% travel in France and internationally.
