Resource & Risk Management: Assess and articulate required resourcing, including people, funding, and tools, to translate technical debt into actionable problem statements and increase confidence in achieving critical SaaS migration milestones.
Operational Reporting: Design and establish reporting practices that provide executive-level visibility into legacy migration progress, cross-functional risks, and project dependencies.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
The ideal candidate will have:
Numerous years of experience in managing complex program portfolios, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technology transitions.
Several years of specific technical proficiency focused on SaaS migrations or large-scale platform integrations in digital industries.
Mastery of Delivery Models: Deep expertise utilizing both waterfall and agile models specifically to manage phased legacy SaaS migration activities.
Executive Facilitation: Strong experience building alignment across global stakeholders and presenting technical SaaS migration strategies to senior executive teams.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical SaaS migration needs for non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer (Benefits)
Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.
