Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement product strategies to achieve over 35% volume growth by 2028, managing supplier relationships, targets, and pricing negotiations.
Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving supplier satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create supply programs that support growth and market leadership.
Market Opportunities: Identify and recommend new products and suppliers to enhance competitiveness and growth potential.
Negotiations: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms on pricing, logistics, and conditions.
Market Insights: Gather and use market data to inform product strategies and support growth goals.
Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of projects focused on profitable growth.
Cross-Regional Sourcing: Work with sourcing teams globally to ensure supply consistency and risk mitigation.
Sustainability & Compliance: Support company initiatives on sustainability and compliance, ensuring alignment with growth targets.
Special Projects: Handle additional projects assigned by management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years in sourcing/procurement of chemical products. Experience in the Taiwanese chemical industry is an advantage.
