Ihre Aufgaben

Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Fachbereichen, CIP-Team und allen relevanten Bereichen in der DACH Region

Bearbeitung von Material- und Bedarfsanforderungen sowie Betreuung bestehender Lieferanten im indirekten Einkauf (Dienstleistungen)

Durchführung von Angebotsanfragen, Preisverhandlungen sowie Vereinbarung von Liefer- und Zahlungskonditionen

Weiterentwicklung von Warengruppen und Lieferanten inklusive Umsetzung und Monitoring von Einsparungspotenzialen

Sicherstellung der operativen Bestellabwicklung in SAP inklusive Terminüberwachung und Rechnungsprüfung

Verwaltung und Pflege von Stammdaten wie Materialstamm, Infosätzen und Orderbüchern

Begleitung von Ausschreibungen, internen Projekten sowie Vertrags- und Freigabeprozessen

Unterstützung der Fachbereiche als Sparringspartner

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, HAK, UNI/FH)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen bzw. operativen Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich indirekten Procurement, insbesondere Dienstleistungen

Verhandlungssicherheit sowie ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Prozessverständnis

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie sicheres und professionelles Auftreten

Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick

Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Einsatzfreude und Flexibilität

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt gem. Kollektivvertrag der Metalltechnischen Industrie beträgt für diese Funktion bei Erfüllung aller Anforderungen mind. € 3.802,93 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
