Summer Intern - Global Supply Management

What You Will Do:

Learn about Allegion’s global supply management strategies, including New Product Development (NPD), Sourced Product, and Direct Material, and how they support business goals.

Gain hands-on experience with procurement technologies, including ERP systems like Oracle, SMART by GEP, and data visualization tools like MicrosoftPower BI.

Support supplier & external risk management efforts by analyzing risk factors and helping develop mitigation strategies.

Engage with diverse suppliers to understand the impact of Supplier Diversity programs on ESG goals and supply chain resilience.

Lead projects both internal to GSM and on a company-wide basis furthering the exposure to other functions within Allegion

Build foundational knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s ormaster’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, International Business, ora relatedfield.

Demonstrated leadership and initiative through extracurricular activities, school projects, or work experience.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, andPowerBI.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn new skills.

Strong time management and creative problem-solving abilities.

Passion for contributing to a safer and more secure world through innovative supply chain solutions.
