Principais Responsabilidades:

Liderar a estratégia de produtos com foco prioritário em Crédito PF, conectando a visão comercial aos objetivos globais da companhia;

Gestão direta de uma equipe de Product Managers;

Definir o roadmap de longo prazo, priorizações e especificações de produtos, equilibrando entregas de curto prazo e investimentos em plataformas tecnológicas.

Identificar tendências do setor de Crédito PF, expectativas dos clientes e oportunidades de mercado para a expansão da linha de produtos.

Colaborar diretamente com lideranças de Engenharia, Data & Analytics e Negócios para garantir a viabilidade e o alinhamento das entregas.

Requisitos Necessários:

Ensino Superior completo.

Inglês avançado a fluente, para interface e reports frequentes com times e lideranças globais.

Experiência sólida na liderança e gestão de equipes de produtos ou negócios de alta performance.

Perfil com forte viés de negócios e gestão de produtos.

Visão sistêmica de mercado para avaliar concorrência, mapear dores de clientes e identificar novas frentes de receita.
