Escolaridad: Administración de empresas, Psicología, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

Idiomas: Inglés conversacional.

Experiencia:

• 6 años de experiencia en puesto similar.

Conocimientos:

•Procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo, administrativo y gerencial.

•Procesos de capacitación de personal administrativo y operativo.

•Gestión y seguimiento a indicadores de RRHH

•Encuestas de Clima Organizacional / NOM 035

•Compensaciones y beneficios.

•Evaluaciones de desempeño.

•Estrategias de retención, reconocimiento y planes de desarrollo.

•9 BOX / parrilla de reemplazos y sucesión.

•Liderazgo / Negociación
