Aportaciones principales del Puesto:

Asegurar la continuidad de las funciones y actividades del departamento de levadura cumpliendo con el programa de producción.

Responsabilidades clave:

Supervisar que se cumpla el programa de producción, llevando a cabo las actividades necesarias para la fermentación y producción de crema de levadura.
Verificar y dar seguimiento a las intervenciones de mantenimiento, supervisando los trabajos programados, para garantizar, la seguridad y continuidad de la producción de fermentación.
Supervisar y realizar la carga y descarga de pipas con levadura liquida, de clientes internos y externos, a través del sistema de control, para cumplir en tiempo y forma con el programa de producción.

Formación: Licenciatura y/o Ingeniería en (Química, Industrial, Alimentos, Biotecnología)

Experiencia: 2-3 años en procesos alimenticios

Técnicas: Buenas practicas de manufactura, Herramientas Loto, Conocimientos HACCP, SAP
