Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reportando al Inventory control Manager, el Supervisor de Control de Inventarios será responsable de garantizar la exactitud de los inventarios y la correcta administración de los procesos de almacén. Adicionalmente, fungirá como colaborador analítico mediante la generación de reportes, dashboards y análisis de información relacionada con indicadores clave del almacén.
Lo que harás en un día típico
- Supervisar las operaciones de control de inventarios para garantizar la exactitud de los registros físicos y sistémicos.
- Monitorear y validar transacciones de inventario, movimientos de entrada y salida, embarques y ajustes de inventario.
- Coordinar inventarios físicos, conteos cíclicos e investigaciones relacionadas con diferencias de inventario.
- Liderar un equipo de entre 5 y 8 personas, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y el desarrollo de sus capacidades.
- Desarrollar reportes, dashboards e indicadores para el seguimiento de la operación y la toma de decisiones.
- Analizar información de sistemas ERP relacionada con recibos, compras, ventas, ingresos, movimientos de almacén y ajustes de inventario.
- Dar seguimiento a hallazgos y acciones correctivas relacionadas con discrepancias de inventario.
- Colaborar con las áreas de Planeación, Compras, Almacén, Producción y Finanzas para garantizar la integridad de la información.
- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a incrementar la confiabilidad de inventarios y la eficiencia operativa.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, controles internos y estándares corporativos aplicables a la gestión de inventarios.
La experiencia que buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo:
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida.
- Experiencia en búsqueda y análisis de información existente y creación de reportes/ dashboards.
- Experiencia en posición similar dentro de la industria de manufactura con administración de procesos de almacén (recibo, ventas, compras ingresos, etc.)
- Inglés intermedio será un plus.
- Experiencia en SQL será un plus.
- Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en el uso de sistemas ERP como SAP, Oracle o equivalentes.
