JOB DESCRIPTION
-Coordinación la actualización anual del proceso de skill assessment de los colaboradores.
-Coordinar el proceso de DNC de toda la planta, elaborar y ejecutar el programa de capacitación controlando el presupuesto, y medir la efectividad del mismo
-Coordinar el proceso de certificación del personal de Mano de Obra Directa
-Solventar las auditorías internas y externas realizadas a los procesos de
-Capacitación, entrenamiento, toma de conciencia y DO.
-Diseñar e implementar las estrategias de desarrollo organizacional (Altos potenciales, Trainees, Planes de Carrera, Cultura Organizacional, etc.).
-Coordinar la ejecución del Establecimiento anual de objetivos SMART de Desempeño y la evaluación anual.
