Liderar la brigada en la ejecución del plan de producción, de acuerdo con los estándares internos, el cuidado de los activos, el desarrollo de su equipo de trabajo, escalar las decisiones con las áreas de soporte y facilitar los recursos necesarios para alcanzar los resultados esperados de desempeño en Seguridad, Calidad, Costo, Productividad y Entrega.
Requisitos
Profesional Ingeniería Mecánica, Electrónica, Química, Industrial o afines
+2 años ejerciendo cargos afines con el área
con experiencia en producción, mantenimiento y/o gestión de proyectos
2 años de experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo de más de 20 personas.
