Supervisa la producción, al equipo, los procesos y los recursos del turno asignado, con el fin de cumplir los objetivos planificados, incluyendo el desarrollo de los colaboradores, de acuerdo con todos los estándares y protocolos de seguridad.

Requisitos:

Profesional en ingeniería Mecánica, Electrónica, Química, Industrial o afines con experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en entornos de manufactura o producción
+ 2 años de experiencia en manejo de personal operativo

Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y resolución de problemas, con comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales que facilitan el trabajo colaborativo y la coordinación del desarrollo del personal.

Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura, planificación de la producción y operación de equipos, así como de las normas de calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento, y principios de mejora continua

No tener procesos disciplinarios, llamados de atención en los últimos 6 meses y/o suspensión en el último año
