Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reportando al Production Manager, el rol de Supervisor de Producción Unidades de Reparación involucra… dirigir las operaciones de reparación y retrabajo realizadas en un turno o grupo de líneas/células de servicio, asegurando que se alcancen los objetivos de volumen, calidad, tiempos de respuesta
Cómo se ve un día típico:
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento del rate de reparación y métricas de eficiencia.
- Control de personal (asistencias, permisos, vacaciones, actividades, entrenamiento, etc).
- Control y precisión del WIP de unidades en reparación.
- Administración de materiales y refacciones necesarias para las actividades de reparación, así como control de scrap.
- Escalaciones por paros en estaciones de reparación o falta de componentes críticos.
- Participación en juntas de soporte (Checkpoint).
- Desarrollo y ejecución de un plan de entrenamiento para el personal a su cargo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y estándares de calidad aplicables a procesos de reparación.
- Monitoreo y aseguramiento del cumplimiento de TAT (Turn Around Time) comprometido con los clientes.
La experiencia que buscamos agregar a nuestro equipo:
- Ingeniero Industrial, Electrónico, Mecatrónico o afín.
- Experiencia previa como Supervisor de Producción, preferentemente en áreas de reparación, retrabajo.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de control de producción (seriales, flujos, trazabilidad).
- Indispensable disponibilidad de horario.
- Conocimiento de diagnósticos electrónicos, troubleshooting y procesos de reparación (deseable).
- Excelente administración de personal.
- Liderazgo y fuerte enfoque en mejora continua.
