Auswahl, Bewertung und Freigabe neuer Lieferanten sowie Durchführung des Lieferantenrisikomanagements.
Planung und Durchführung von System-, Prozess- und Produktaudits bei Lieferanten nach anerkannten Standards (z. B. VDA 6.3).
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produktfreigabeprozessen (PPAP/PPF/FAI) einschließlich vollständiger Dokumentation.
Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen bei Lieferanten sowie Einleitung, Nachverfolgung und Wirksamkeitsprüfung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
Unterstützung strategischer Beschaffungsprojekte durch technische Bewertungen, Kapazitätsanalysen und Lieferantenqualifizierung.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Engineering und Qualitätsabteilungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Lieferantenqualität und zur Minimierung von Qualitätsrisiken.

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
Zertifizierung als Prozessauditor nach VDA 6.3 erforderlich.
Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Supplier Quality.
Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Lieferanten-, System- und Prozessaudits sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in PPAP/PPF/FAI, APQP, FMEA, SPC, Kontrollplänen und 8D-Methodik.
Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitäts- und Managementsysteme (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 und/oder IRIS) sowie regulatorischer Anforderungen wie IMDS, RoHS und REACH.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Analytische, strukturierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Problemlösungskompetenzen sowie Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50%).
