วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose) รับผิดชอบในการตักไอศกรีมให้สวยงาม และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของสเวนเซ่นส์ เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า 100% ความรับผิดชอบหลัก ดูแลตู้จัดเก็บไอศกรีมให้สามารถใช้งานได้ และตรวจเช็กอุณหภูมิให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน ดูแลคุณภาพไอศกรีม โดยใช้เทอร์โมมิเตอร์ตรวจเช็กอุณหภูมิให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน ดูแลอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือทุกอย่างที่ใช้ในการทำงานให้สะอาด อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา และทำความสะอาดอย่างถูกต้องตามหลักอนามัย ดูแลความสะอาดบริเวณทำงาน ให้สะอาด ปราศจากสิ่งแปลกปลอมและแมลง ดูแลและใช้ภาชนะใส่ไอศกรีมได้อย่างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน ตักไอศกรีมให้มีขนาดมาตรฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในคู่มือผลิตภัณฑ์ ดูแลเครื่องดื่มให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน และมีเพียงพอตลอดการขาย ดูแลและจัดวางไอศกรีมให้ถูกต้องตามแผนผังรสชาติไอศกรีม ดูแลและจัดวางไอศกรีมเค้กให้ถูกต้องตามแผนผังตู้โชว์เค้ก รับออเดอร์ และทำสินค้าตามมาตรฐาน สำหรับลูกค้าซื้อรับประทานที่ร้านหรือสั่งกลับบ้าน ประสานงานกับพนักงานตกแต่งไอศกรีม และพนักงานคิดเงิน เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับไอศกรีมตามมาตรฐาน ความรับผิดชอบอื่น ๆ ดูแลเครื่องแต่งกาย ความสะอาด และสุขอนามัยของตนเองให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท ดูแลรักษาความสะอาด และสุขอนามัยของร้านให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท ยึดมั่นตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย ตามกฎระเบียบขององค์กร ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบวินัยขององค์กร และปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของหัวหน้างาน งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการกะ งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายและระบุในตารางงานประจำวัน คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน เพศชาย หรือหญิง อายุ 18 – 25 ปี มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ มีบุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้ม เริงร่า พูดจาฉะฉาน ทำงานกระฉับกระเฉง สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ การศึกษา :จบการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ขึ้นไป ประสบการณ์ : หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริการร้านอาหาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
