What You Will Do

This position will support and maintain Nasdaq’s Tempo Timesheets application deployed on the Nasdaq Global Jira. Tempo Timesheets is a plug-in to Jira.

The Tempo user base is Marketplace Technology and Market Services, part of the Nasdaq Financial Technology division. Current number of users are around 1400 across 20+ countries.

You will work closely with the Jira Admin and the Tempo users as well as with the key stakeholder groups – Business Control, Resource and Project Managers.

The applicant should have previous experience supporting tools with a broad user base and have a curiosity about systems and IT.

Provide end user support

Maintain master data

Add Resources

Build Teams

Add/Update/Close Projects

Add Subtasks in Projects

Drive application improvements/automation

Run month end reporting for Business Control

Collaborate with Jira Admin

Run regression testing in connection to Jira upgrades

Connect with/advise key stakeholders on improvements

Maintain user and system documentation

What We Expect

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or IT is preferred
• Business analysis experience implementing and/or supporting time tracking tools or alike
• Fluent in English. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be very service minded
• Enjoys working with users to tackle issues and work through business/system problems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships within the organization
• Positive attitude
• Team player
