Job Description
Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za zapewnienie precyzyjnej obróbki i wykończenia powierzchni detali poprzez wykonywanie prac szlifierskich zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną, normami jakości oraz harmonogramem produkcji. Praca odbywa się w trybie zmianowym, stacjonarnie w Szczecinie.

Będziesz raportować do: CNC & Welding Department Supervisor.
Obowiązki:
- Wykonywanie prac szlifierskich zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną oraz planem produkcji,
- Dbałość o wysoką jakość wykończenia obrabianych elementów,
- Monitorowanie procesu szlifowania i zgłaszanie ewentualnych nieprawidłowości,
- Terminowa realizacja powierzonych zadań,
- Obsługa oraz podstawowa konserwacja maszyn i narzędzi szlifierskich,
- Kontrola jakości wykonanych detali (wymiary, kształt, powierzchnia),
- Współpraca z działem jakości w celu eliminacji błędów i usprawniania procesów,
- Zgłaszanie pomysłów na ulepszenia w ramach ciągłego doskonalenia,
- Przestrzeganie obowiązujących procedur i standardów firmowych,
- Dbanie o bezpieczeństwo pracy oraz stosowanie zasad BHP, PPOŻ i ochrony środowiska,
- Współpraca z innymi działami produkcyjnymi,
- Informowanie o postępach pracy oraz zgłaszanie problemów produkcyjnych.
Wymagania:
- Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w branży metalowej min. 2 lata
- Znajomość obsługi narzędzi szlifierskich i podstawowych urządzeń pomiarowych
- Umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego
- Sumienność, dokładność oraz odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania
- Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym
Mile widziane:
- Umiejętność pracy zespołowej i dobra organizacja pracy własnej,
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu i dotrzymywania terminów.
