当社では、大規模なSAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトを推進しており、2028年4月の稼働開始に向けて大阪工場の倉庫・物流業務改革をリードいただくメンバーを募集します。

SAP Extended Warehouse Management（EWM）の導入を通じて、業務標準化・効率化・デジタル化を推進し、次世代サプライチェーンの構築に貢献いただく重要なポジションです。

【業務概要】

大阪工場サプライチェーン部門において、SAP S/4HANAおよびSAP EWM導入プロジェクトを推進いただきます。

現場の倉庫オペレーションを深く理解しながら、グローバルチームと連携し、業務要件定義から導入・運用定着まで一貫して担当していただきます。

SAP EWMに関する業務要件整理およびFit/Gap分析
グローバルチームとの要件調整・課題管理
倉庫業務（入荷・保管・出庫・在庫管理・搬送・出荷等）の現状分析および改善提案
システム設計、ユーザー受入テスト（UAT）の計画・実施
データ移行計画の策定
教育資料作成およびユーザートレーニング実施
製造、品質保証、IT、物流部門など社内関係者との連携
英語によるグローバル会議への参加
SOP作成および運用定着支援
継続的な業務改善活動の推進

【応募要件】

＜必須＞

大学卒業以上
倉庫管理、物流、サプライチェーン領域での実務経験（3年以上）
SAP（EWM、WM、MM、PP、QM等）またはWMSの導入・運用経験
製造業または医薬品業界における業務改善・プロジェクト推進経験
日本語ネイティブレベル

＜歓迎要件＞

医薬品業界での物流・製造・品質管理経験
保管、搬送に関する実務経験
Excel、Wordなどを用いたデータ分析・資料作成スキル
フォークリフト免許
普通自動車運転免許
英語での基本的な読み書きや会議参加経験

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
