Position Overview
Reporting directly tothe ProductionSupervisor, our futureTeam Leaderwill have as missionsto:
Supervise and coordinate production teams, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets while developing team capabilities.
Supervise 50 production operatives and coordinate daily activities
Monitor production output, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators
Conduct meetings and briefings
Train and mentor team members; provide performance feedback
Investigateincidents andimplementcorrective actions
Manage shift handovers and escalate issues toProduction Supervisor
Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiatives
Maintainproduction documentation and reports
Manage attendance and basic disciplinary processes
Key Skills and Qualifications
Technical Diploma ( Bac+2)
5+ years production operations experience; 2+ in supervisory role
Manufacturingexperiencehighlyvalued
Strong leadership and team management capability
Knowledge ofautomotivesafety standards
Flexibility for shift work and on-call availability
