Are you passionate about finance transformation, process excellence, and leading high-performing teams? Join Konecranes and play a key role in shaping how finance processes and technologies are adopted, supported, and continuously improved across our global organisation.

Lead and develop a global team of finance specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive adoption of finance processes, systems, and tools across the organisation.
Act as the bridge between end users, Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation, and IT.
Ensure high-quality support, training, documentation, and governance for finance applications and processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify optimisation opportunities, and enhance user experience through data-driven decision making.
Support finance process and technology implementations, including new country and company rollouts.

7+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Process Excellence, ERP implementation, or Finance Transformation.
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of finance processes and operations.
Hands-on experience with SAP FI.
Proven track record in ERP transformations, process harmonisation, shared services, or global finance transformation programmes.
Experience leading organisational change and driving adoption of new processes and tools.
Fluent English communication skills.

You'll stand out if you have

Experience in global or multi-country environments.
Knowledge of Aico, Emburse, CoProcess, SAP CLM, Pagero Tax Comply, or TIS.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Background in end-user support, training, and change management.
