Job Description
Der Teamleiter ist für die tägliche Führung und Betreuung eines Teams verantwortlich. Die Position stellt sicher, dass die vereinbarten Leistungskennzahlen erreicht werden, indem sie durch gezieltes Coaching, Motivation und die Übernahme von Verantwortung eine optimale Teamleistung gewährleistet.
Aufgabengebiet:
- Disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter/innen
- Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter/Innen
- Fachliche Hilfestellung für Mitarbeiter/Innen
- Übernahme von Eskalationsgesprächen/-fällen
- Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter/innen
- Leistungsbeurteilung der Mitarbeiter/innen
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung aller projektrelevanten Kennzahlen (Quantität und Qualität)
- Steuerung und Monitoring des Mitarbeitereinsatzes.
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung aller Zielvorgaben der Geschäftsführung
- Befüllung und Bereitstellung aller benötigter Reporte
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller vorgegebenen Prozesse
- Umsetzung neuer Projekte

Profil:
- Mehrjährige Branchenerfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Analytisches Verständnis
- Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständiges, sorgfältiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Entscheidungskompetenz
- Loyalität zum Unternehmen
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- MS Office Kenntnisse
