Als Teamlead für unser ServiceNow Platform Teams ITBP und Custom Applications verantworten Sie den sicheren Betrieb und die sichere Weiterentwicklung der Produkte.
Ihre Rolle
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Produkt-Teams in den Bereichen ITBM (IT Business Management) und CUST (Custom Applications)
- Weiterentwicklung der Teams und Mitarbeitenden sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern in Projekten und im laufenden Betrieb
- Übernahme der Product-Owner-Rolle für den Bereich Custom Applications
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Produkte und deren Anpassung an die Anforderungen von ZEISS in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der geltenden Sicherheitsstandards für die Applikationen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

Ihr Profil
- Studium im Bereich der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie im Support
- Umfassendes IT-Architektur- und Prozessverständnis im ServiceNow-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in ITBM und Custom Applications
- Gutes Verständnis für die Modellierung und Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Erfahrung in der End-to-End-Prozessberatung
- Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Sozial- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Sicherheit in Moderation, Organisation und Verhandlung
- Hohes Kunden-, Qualitäts- und Ergebnisbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte analytische, organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Kreative Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im internationalen Projektmanagement
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Verbindung mit einer hohen interkulturellen Kompetenz
