Über den Job
- Du planst, steuerst und überwachst die operativen Abläufe im kaufmännischen Team.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Teamleitern im Lager zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen den Bereichen.
- Du planst und koordinierst den Personaleinsatz und stellst einen effizienten Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft sicher.
- Du steuerst und optimierst Prozesse in enger Abstimmung mit der Depotleitung.
- Du unterstützt Dein Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und fungierst als kompetente Ansprechperson.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung Deiner Mitarbeitenden.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie internen Vorgaben sicher.
Über Dich
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik sammeln.
- Du überzeugst durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Dein Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst.
- Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten mit.
- Du behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick und handelst lösungsorientiert.
