Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche, disziplinarische und organisatorische Führung eines Teams
- Führen von Personal- und Jahresgesprächen sowie (Mit-) Definition von Zielen
- Durchführung von regelmäßigen Team- und Produktionsbesprechungen
- Förderung eines positiven Arbeitsklimas sowie einer offenen Unternehmenskultur
Tägliche Präsenz auf dem Shopfloor zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Betriebs-, (Arbeits-) Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und GMP-Vorschriften sowie 5S
Schichtübergabe
Ergebnisbesprechung und Planung der TOP Themen mit dem Team
Erarbeitung der wöchentlichen Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter auf Basis des Jahresschichtplans
Anpassung der täglichen Personaleinsatzplanung bei unvorhersehbaren Abwesenheiten, Planung von Maschinenstillständen sowie Auftrags-Feinplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsplanung
Abstimmung der Planung der Auslastung für die Folgewoche mit der Produktionsplanung
Bearbeitung von Sperrmeldungen (Rückverfolgung, Aussortierungen und Vernichtungen)
Dokumentation und Kommunikation von produktionsrelevanten Kennzahlen

Fachliche Anforderung:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Ausbildung mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
Erste Erfahrungen in einer Führungsposition
Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Lean- und Kaizen-Methoden
Idealerweise Erfahrungen in den oben beschriebenen Aufgaben in einem produzierenden Unternehmen der Medizin bzw. Pharmabranche
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
Kenntnisse in MS-Office und in produktionsrelevanten IT-Systemen
