Teamleiter Versand (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Hamburg (Glinde) suchen wir einen Teamleiter (m/w/d) mit Staplerschein für unseren Versand.

Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt in unserer Versandabteilung, indem Du das Team motivierst und führst und dafür sorgst, dass alle LKWs einwandfrei verladen werden.

Deine Aufgaben als Teamleiter (m/w/d) im Versand in Glinde:

Du verantwortest eigenständig die Führung des Lagerwesens, der Mitarbeiter und die Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Wareneingang, Lager, Kommissionierung und Versand

Du führst die Be- und Entladung von LKWs mit dem Gabelstapler durch

Du stellst eine sichere, effiziente und termingerechte Verladung der Waren sicher

Du planst und begleitest die Inventuren

Du verantwortest die Ladungssicherung einschließlich der erforderlichen Dokumentation.

Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich / technische Berufsausbildung idealerweise als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Du verfügst über einen gültigen Staplerschein und umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung im sicheren Führen von Gabelstaplern und Flurförderzeugen.

Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versand/Lagerlogistik mit und hast wünschenswerterweise Führungserfahrung

Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Du hast eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit einem Team

Du verfügst über Kenntnisse inWarenwirtschaftssystemen

Du arbeitest selbstständig, planvoll, systematisch und qualitätsbewusst
