We are seeking a skilled Revenue AutomationSeniorAssociate to perform the revenue system implementation and data conversion for our revenue automation consulting area. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting our clients by ensuring compliance with accounting standards, implementing revenue recognition system and data conversion,optimizingrevenue recognition processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve businessobjectives.

AsaSeniorAssociate, youwillwork as part of a team of problem solversand help clientssolve their complex business issues from strategy toexecution.

The candidate will report toanAC Manager.

The AC team works as an extension of our overseas Engagement Teams and works closely with those teams as well as clients directly.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

In-depthknowledge of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards, including ASC 606/IFRS 15.

Strongunderstanding of business processes, systems, and controls related to revenue recognition.

Experience with Revenue Management systems (e.g., Zuora Revenue, OracleRMCSorsimilar)

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex issues,identifysolutions, and make recommendations.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients’ stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Functional Skills:

Experience in building uses cases, test cases, test scripts

Demonstratesgoodknowledge and understanding of performing on project teams and providing deliverables.

Technical Tools:

Must have:

Strongunderstanding on RMS tools- Zuora Revenue/Oracle RMCS

Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Experience in a similar role in their current profile.

Strongunderstanding of business processes, systems, and controls related to revenue recognition.

Experience working on cross-functional projects or initiatives, with a proventrack recordof successful implementations.

Strongaccounting knowledge and experience in dealing with financial dataarea plus.

Knowledge ofAzureDatabricks/Alteryx/ Python/SAS/Knime.

Demonstratesthoroughknowledge and/or proven record of success leveraging data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systemor a related field

4-6years of experience in relevant roles, with a focus on revenue recognition, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large corporation
