Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert support to civil engineering customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Partner directly with customers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical software challenges.
- Create engaging online resources, including FAQs, best-practice videos, and step-by-step technical guides.
- Conduct online and classroom training sessions to educate and upskill customers.
- Perform software testing to ensure high quality and seamless functionality for end users.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Educational background in Civil Engineering (BSc or MSc preferred) or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- Hands-on experience working with Trimble civil software solutions, specifically Novapoint and/or Quadri.
- Practical experience with Road, Rail, or Water and Wastewater (W&S) infrastructure design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian language as well as good English language skills.
- A service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for problem-solving and helping others succeed.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt fast to emerging technologies and changing environments.
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of Scandinavian design standards and workflows.
- Experience delivering software training or creating technical instructional content.
- Swedish language proficiency.
Logistics:
- Location: Sandvika, Norway
- Travel Requirement: around 5%
