About the role

In dieser Position verantworten Sie die bundesweite Erstellung von Service‑ und Wartungsangeboten in den Segmenten Kommunale Entwässerung sowie Haus‑ und Grundstücksentwässerung. Dabei unterstützen Sie aktiv unsere Mitarbeitenden im technischen Service und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur reibungslosen Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Technische und kaufmännische Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Bestellungen im Serviceumfeld
Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von kommerziellen und technischen Angeboten für unsere Kunden
Ermittlung von Lieferzeiten über SAP sowie in Abstimmung mit unseren Zulieferern
Enge Kommunikation mit internationalen Werken und externen Lieferanten
Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen zur optimalen Angebotsgestaltung

Ihr Profil

Sie überzeugen durch Ihr Engagement, Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Ihre ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung. Zudem bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung im technischen Kundenservice
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
Teamfähigkeit und eine klare, freundliche Kommunikationsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT‑Systemen und Anwendungen (z. B. SAP, Salesforce, MS Office)
Gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere im technischen Umfeld
