JOB DESCRIPTION:
Для замещения вакантной должности мы объявляем конкурс на позициюСервисного инженера (Подразделение лабораторной диагностики).
Основные задачи:
- Проведение инсталляций, апгрейдов, регламентных работ по техническому обслуживанию, диагностике, ремонту лабораторного оборудования и систем автоматизации
- Коммуникация с заказчиками
- Консультации сотрудников компании по оборудованию
- Выполнение административных задач в регламентированные сроки и информирование руководителя о возникающих трудностях; cтрогое соблюдение регламента по качеству
- Учет используемых запчастей
- Заполнение и предоставление сервисных отчетов, обеспечение точности данных, работа в SRM системе
- Взаимодействие с сервисными специалистами заказчиков для обеспечения лучшего качества поддержки
- Соблюдение правил компании в области дисциплины и этики общения

Профиль успешного кандидата:
- Способность находить решение для сложных технических проблем заказчиков
- Способность расставлять приоритеты и управлять назначенными сервисными задачами в условиях ограниченного времени
- Навыки работы и взаимодействия в кросс-функциональной команде
- Баланс между технической экспертизой и навыками коммуникации с заказчиками
- Степань бакалавра по инженерной специальности либо в другой технической дисциплине
- Опыт в ремонте, обслуживании и диагностике медицинского оборудования от 1 года (предпочтительно в работе с лабораторным оборудованием)
