- 全面负责ODM项目从概念阶段（Concept/Gate 0）到量产阶段的NPI（新产品导入）采购寻源工作，确保各阶段采购任务顺利推进。
- 从零搭建ODM供应商资源体系，负责供应商寻源、开发、筛选、评估认证及导入，建立稳定可靠的供应商资源库。
- 将研发技术需求转化为具体的采购及供应商要求，负责供应商选型、元器件询报价（RFQ）、物料成本核算及项目相关交付工作。
- 负责ODM供应商的全流程管理，推动供应商按项目要求完成各阶段任务，确保项目进度、成本、质量及技术要求达成。
- 识别并管理采购寻源及供应商执行过程中的项目风险、关键依赖事项及异常问题，及时推动问题升级、纠正措施及闭环解决。
- 负责模具开发全过程的协调与管理，包括模具需求确认、工艺技术选型、可制造性设计（DFM）沟通、成本及交期管控、开模进度跟踪、T0至Tn试模管理及供应商跟进。
- 建立项目成本基准，持续推进NPI各阶段的成本分析与优化，推动项目成本目标达成。
- 建立并持续完善ODM采购寻源流程、供应商评估标准及绩效考核机制，为后续项目开展及业务规模化发展提供支持。
- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、材料科学、自动化或其他相关工科专业。
- 具备扎实的硬件研发、产品工程、技术采购或NPI（新产品导入）采购寻源相关工作经验。
- 具有丰富的ODM供应商开发及管理经验，能够独立负责从供应商寻源、评估认证、导入到NPI及量产阶段的全流程管理。
- 熟悉NPI阶段门（Stage-Gate）管理流程，具备端到端项目管理及落地执行经验，能够独立推进项目，协调各方资源，有效管理项目风险及关键问题。
- 具备模具开发管理及供应商量产导入的实际项目经验，熟悉相关工艺流程及量产准备要求。
- 熟悉PCBA、半导体、精密塑胶件、金属结构件或光学器件等相关物料，具备扎实的技术及采购寻源知识，能够阅读和理解工程图纸、电路原理图及物料技术规格书。
- 能够将研发技术需求转化为具体的采购及供应商要求，具备较强的BOM管理、成本分析及自下而上成本核算能力。
- 熟悉PMI项目管理方法论或具备相关项目管理经验者优先。
- 具备流利的英语听说读写能力，能够使用英语与全球供应链团队及跨国业务伙伴进行专业沟通与协作。
