Funciones:
- Impartir capacitación a clientes internos y externos en la operación segura y eficiente de máquinas TRUMPF.
- Entrenar en la programación de equipos, asegurando el uso correcto de software y funcionalidades.
- Desarrollar material de entrenamiento y guías de mejores prácticas.
- Evaluar el nivel de competencia de los usuarios y dar retroalimentación para mejora continua.
- Realizar estudios de tiempos de proceso para optimizar la producción.
- Analizar la factibilidad técnica para la fabricación de piezas en máquinas TRUMPF.
- Brindar soporte técnico especializado durante entrenamientos o en sitio/re moto.
- Atender casos de clientes relacionados con dudas operativas, fallas o ajustes de proceso.
- Diagnosticar problemas operativos y proponer soluciones prácticas.
- Colaborar con áreas internas (servicio, aplicaciones, ventas) para mejorar el soporte al cliente.
- Documentar casos, soluciones y oportunidades de mejora detectadas.

Requisitos:
- Ingeniería Eléctrica, electrónica, control o Mecánica. (Titulado)
- Ingles 100% Técnico/profesional.
- Disponibilidad para viajar 100% del tiempo (Traslado terrestre y aéreo).
- Experiencia en Capacitación y docencia.
- Conocimientos en Electricidad, mecánica, hidráulica, neumática y administración.
Competencias:
- Habilidad para capacitar y transferir conocimiento de forma clara y estructurada.
- Comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita).
- Orientación al cliente.
- Planeación y organización de entrenamientos.
- Gestión de múltiples casos o tareas en paralelo.
- Documentación técnica clara y precisa.
