Core Responsibilities:

Assist chemist on R&D projects and other technology activities in the lab.
Conduct related tests independently and efficiently, and deliver the results with high quality.
Be responsible for equipment operation and maintenance.
Drive continuous improvement on lab safety and operation efficiency.
Other work in lab, e.g. raw materials qualification and other purchasing, housekeeping, etc

Key Job Requirements:

College or Bachelor degree in polymer science or related
More than five-year working experience in lab. Resin cooking experience is preferred.
Good communication skill, good English reading and writing skill.
Highly motivated and good team player. Willing to work in the lab.
