Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures that machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and safety protocols are followed.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.
Dans le cadre de son activité industrielle, notre entreprise recherche un Technicien d'Usinage (H/F) pour renforcer ses équipes de production.
Vous aurez pour mission principale de réaliser des opérations de tournage et/ou de fraisage sur machines conventionnelles, à commande semi-numérique et numérique, dans le respect des exigences qualité, sécurité et délais.
Vous intervenez sur la fabrication de pièces en lien avec les besoins de production et de développement.

Les activités significatives :
Préparer la zone de travail ainsi que les équipements nécessaires à la réalisation des pièces
Analyser les contraintes techniques liées aux pièces à fabriquer
Lire et interpréter des plans ou schémas techniques mécaniques
Identifier les différentes phases d’usinage
Élaborer ou ajuster les programmes et régler les paramètres d’usinage
Ajuster, monter et modifier les outils de coupe
Choisir les montages adaptés et régler les machines-outils
Usiner des pièces unitaires, prototypes ou petites séries en conformité avec les plans et spécifications
Contrôler la qualité et la conformité des pièces usinées
Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective de premier niveau des équipements
Le profil recherché :
Formation en usinage / mécanique / productique (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS ou équivalent)
Expérience sur machines conventionnelles et/ou à commande numérique
Bonne capacité de lecture de plans mécaniques
Connaissances en programmation et réglage machines
Rigueur, précision et sens de la qualité
Autonomie, esprit d’analyse et respect des consignes de sécurité
