Votre mission

Au sein de notre service Hotline, vous assistez et conseillez nos clients sur nos machines-outils Laser 2D. Par téléphone et/ou via télédiagnostic, vous réalisez des diagnostics précis, proposez des solutions techniques et accompagnez la remise en service des équipements.

Vous intervenez également dans la définition des pièces détachées nécessaires et dans la réalisation de devis. Des déplacements ponctuels en clientèle sont prévus, afin de maintenir et développer vos compétences techniques.

Vos principales responsabilités

Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes à distance, avec le soutien du logiciel interne de suivi.
Conseiller les clients dans leurs démarches de maintenance et de remise en production.
Formaliser vos interventions (rapports, devis, suivi des dossiers) et assurer une communication claire avec les clients et l'équipe SAV.
Collaborer avec le centre de compétence usine dans le cadre de procédures d’escalation.
Participer à la veille technique et à votre montée en compétences par le suivi de formations régulières.

Votre profil

Formation technique type BTS Maintenance des systèmes (ou équivalent en électrotechnique, mécanique, automatisme).
Bonne maîtrise des environnements CNC et intérêt pour le diagnostic à distance.
Niveau d’anglais minimum B2 (oral et écrit) pour communiquer efficacement avec la maison-mère.
Rigueur, sens du service client et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle.
Aisance téléphonique et aptitude à vulgariser un diagnostic technique auprès d’interlocuteurs variés.
Organisation, méthode et sang-froid face à des situations parfois urgentes.
