Vos principales missions :

Encadrer et coordonner les équipes de maintenance et de montage.
Superviser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective.
Piloter les travaux d’installation, de montage et d’alignement d’équipements mécaniques.
Veiller au respect des normes QHSE, des procédures techniques et des délais.
Assurer le suivi des performances et le reporting d’activité.

Profil recherché :

Bac+2 minimum en Maintenance Industrielle, Électromécanique ou domaine similaire.
Expérience de 5 ans minimum en environnement industriel.
Solides compétences en mécanique, hydraulique, lecture de plans, usinage conventionnel, soudage et dessin industriel.
Expérience confirmée en management d’équipes techniques.
Bonne maîtrise du français, l’anglais est un atout.
Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) et Power BI.
