About the role

Job Summary
The Lead (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks and may provide onsite training to customer support personnel.
This job profile is intended for experienced support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations.

Vous agirez également en tant que référent technique pour l'équipe de service sur le terrain.

Responsabilités principales**

* Effectuer des diagnostics, des réparations et des maintenances préventives et correctives sur une gamme de pompes et d'agitateurs industriels.
* Assurer la mise en service et l'installation de nouveaux équipements chez les clients.
* Former les opérateurs clients à l'utilisation et à la maintenance de base des équipements.
* Rédiger des rapports d'intervention précis et détaillés.
* Gérer les stocks de pièces détachées nécessaires aux interventions.
* Assurer un support technique de premier niveau auprès des clients et de l'équipe de service.
* Identifier les opportunités de vente de services ou de pièces détachées lors des interventions.
* Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils de service.
* Agir en tant que leader technique pour les techniciens juniors, les accompagner et les former.
* Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des procédures de qualité.

Qualifications requises**

* Diplôme de niveau Bac+2 (BTS, DUT) en Maintenance Industrielle, Électromécanique, ou équivalent.
* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance et dépannage d'équipements industriels, idéalement dans le secteur des pompes ou des machines tournantes.
* Solides compétences en mécanique, électricité et hydraulique.
* Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas techniques et des plans.
* Maîtrise des outils de diagnostic et de mesure.
* Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et au service client.
* Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.
* Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents sur le territoire français.
* Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral). Des notions d'anglais technique sont un plus.
* Expérience en encadrement ou en leadership d'équipe serait un atout.
