Drive Innovation for Investor Results

At Vanguard, we put investors first—and that means putting innovation at the center of everything we do. As part of the Technology Leadership Program in the Investment Systems track, you’ll design and support technology solutions that power Vanguard’s investment lifecycle—from portfolio management and trading to data and operational systems.

Your work will directly support how Vanguard executes investment strategies and delivers value to clients. Through real-world assignments and collaboration with business and technology partners, you’ll gain exposure to the systems and workflows that enable better investment outcomes. Make it count.

Are you a self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems and connecting technology to real-world impact? Join a team where innovation is driven by purpose. You’ll work alongside engineers, analysts, and investment professionals to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, support decision-making, and strengthen Vanguard’s investment capabilities. Through technical capstones, hackathons, and solution-oriented projects, you’ll build both your technical skillset and your ability to collaborate, influence, and lead.
