ACCIONA, en su negocio de Agua, precisa incorporar a un/a Técnico/a de Ofertas para su departamento de licitaciones de concesiones y redes.
Job Description
Funciones principales:
- Realización de ofertas técnico-económicas en el ámbito de las Concesiones de Ciclo Integral del Agua y Prestaciones de Servicios tanto de Abastecimiento como Saneamiento a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Desarrollo de documentación técnica relacionada con los requerimientos establecidos con los Pliegos en Fase de Licitación (Medios Personales, Medios Materiales, Planes de Operación, Planes de Mantenimiento y Conservación, Planes de Búsqueda de Fugas y Mejora del Rendimiento, Planes de Renovación del Parque de Contadores e Implantación de Telelectura, Planes de Calidad del Agua, etc.)
- Propuesta de mejoras técnicas e inversiones de mejora de infraestructura hidráulica (optimización de procesos, consumo energético, control de vertidos, telecontrol de instalaciones, renovación de redes, mejoras en depósitos, estaciones de bombeo, tanques de tormenta, etc.)
- Valoración económica de los costes de explotación y de los anteproyectos asociados al proyecto.
- Realización de los Planes Directores tanto de abastecimiento como de saneamiento asociados al proyecto. Conocimiento y experiencia en la modelización hidráulica de redes.
- Realización de visita a instalaciones hidráulicas para identificar y diagnosticar carencias y deficiencias del Servicio de cara a la evaluación de las mejoras e inversiones necesarias anteriormente descritas.

Required Skills and Competencies
Requisitos clave:
- Formación académica en ingeniería civil, medioambiental, industrial o similares con especialidad en ciclo integral del agua y medio ambiente.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en áreas de ingeniería, operación y mantenimiento, desarrollo de operaciones o desarrollo de ofertas.
- Formación complementaria en GIS y/o modelos complementarios.
- Al menos nivel C1 en inglés.
- Conocimientos de Microsoft Excel y Word.
