El técnico de calidad Asegura la calidad del producto en las líneas de producción mediante su reporte de liberación el cual se encuentra las frecuencias y monitoreos de las especificaciones y requerimientos de cliente.
El Técnico de Calidad proceso reporta directamente al Ingenierio de Calidad Procesos QAP e indirectamente a Líder de Calidad. Los entregables son: formatos de liberación de línea, Gráficos de control, Auditorías.
* Conocimiento del proceso / Diagrama de flujo del proceso.
* Herramientas básicas de calidad. (Histrograma, Pareto, Diagrama de dispersión, Estratificación, Lluvia de ideas, Ishikawa, Diagrama de Flujo).
* Solución de problemas (5WHy´s / 8 D´s/ A3/ Diagrama Es / No es).
* SAP DP1 System (Ejemplo Bloqueo / Desbloqueo, Inventarios, rastreo de BCS, etc).
* SAP CSE System (Visualización de dibujos, Interpretación de dimensiones, etc).

* Control estadístico de proceso (SPC).
Escolaridad: Bachillerato o carrera técnica.
