Job Summary



El Técnico de calidad estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte.
Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:
- Supervisión y coordinación de auditores de calidad
- Lectura e interpretación de dibujos esquemáticos
- Validación y análisis de componentes de metalmecánica.
- Envío y seguimiento de reportes de YIELD
- Atención a paros de línea y soporte a producción.
- Ejecución de auditorías de 5S
- Control de SCRAP
- Generación de reportes.
- Actualización de documentación MPI
- Auditorías de procesos, liberación de línea
- Análisis de mejoras de proceso de ensamble.
- Análisis de reducción de material no conforme.
- Realización de análisis de causa raíz.
- Trabajo bajo metodologías Agile (deseable)

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Electromecánica o afín; también carrera técnica.
- Experiencia en el área de Calidad.
- Conocimiento en herramientas 5WHYS, 8DS
- Generación de instrucciones de trabajo.
- Metodologías de solución de problemas.
- Conocimiento en IPC y/o criterios de aceptabilidad.
- Documentación MPI.
- Conocimientos básicos de UCP y PFMEA.
- Experiencia en purgas de material discrepante.
- Manejo de paquetería Office.
- Disponibilidad de Horario
