Job Description

Instalação e Configuração: Realizar a instalação e substituição de partes, peças e módulos em equipamentos de telecomunicações.
Configurar e parametrizar rádios móveis e portáteis nos padrões de comunicação da empresa.
Implementar e configurar equipamentos de Rádio Frequência (RF), incluindo sistemas de Rádio Enlace (Transmissão) e infraestrutura associada
Manutenção e Suporte: Executar rotinas de Manutenção Corretiva e Preventiva em sistemas de comunicação (RF e infraestrutura).
Garantir o suporte técnico de campo de alta qualidade, interagindo diretamente com o cliente e resolvendo falhas.
Conduzir o tratamento de chamados, realizando a interface técnica e o escalonamento necessário junto ao NOC (Network Operations Center).
Documentação e Qualidade: Elaborar relatórios técnicos detalhados e precisos dos atendimentos, manutenções e instalações realizadas (incluindo As-Built).

Basic Requirements

Formação Técnica: Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica, Telecomunicações ou Elétrica.
Registro Profissional: Situação regular junto ao CFT (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos Industriais).

Experiência Técnica:

Experiência prévia em suporte técnico de campo ou implementação de sistemas de Rádio Frequência (RF).
Experiência prática na instalação e configuração de rádios de comunicação (fixos, móveis ou portáteis).
Conhecimento básico em infraestrutura de Telecomunicações, incluindo sítios (sites) de RF e torres.

Segurança e Mobilidade:

Trabalho em Altura: Experiência em serviços que exigem trabalho em altura e Certificação NR-35 válida.
