Job Summary



El Técnico de facilities (HVAC) estará ubicado en Technology Park . Realizará mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a equipos a cargo del departamento de facilites.
Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:
- Reparación de Instalaciones eléctricas de Control en equipos de HVAC
- Análisis de diagramas eléctricos y electrónicos
- Realizar reparación de equipos HVAC, Chillers o AA que presenten fallas
- Realizar pequeños montajes de equipos de refrigeración industrial

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:
- Carrera técnica en refrigeración o equivalente
- Experiencia previa en el puesto en refrigeración industrial
- Interpretación de planos y diagramas
- Conocimientos en electrónica básica en tarjetas de Control
- Conocimiento en funcionabilidad y fallas en HVAC y Chillers
- Conocimientos en Sistemas de extracción
- Conocimiento en principios de refrigeración y análisis de fallas
- Conocimientos en Chillers, Aire acondicionados y sistema de extracción
- Manejo de software de mantenimiento
- Disponibilidad de horario.
