Conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
Asegurar los mantenimientos preventivos a maquinaria para trabajar con la menor afectación a líneas de producción, manteniendo la calidad del producto procesado.
Generar el cierre de ordenes de mantenimientos correctivos en sistema SAP, registrando la descripción de la actividad realizada, tiempo de incío y de cierre de la actividad correctiva.
Implementar la corrección y monitoréo de efectividad de actividades planeadas.
Revisar el estado de los componentes y repararlos antes de reemplazarlos por componentes nuevos.
Análisis de sistemas electro neumático automatizado con control digital, servomecanismos, sistemas de adquisición y análisis de datos, sistemas de impresión laser y robots.
