What success looks like in this role:
Técnico de Soporte en Sitio
Ubicación: Montevideo, Uruguay
Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
Modalidad: Presencial | Sin guardias
Objetivo del cargo
Brindar soporte técnico en sitio a usuarios finales, garantizando la continuidad operativa de los servicios de TI mediante la atención de incidentes, mantenimiento de equipos y cumplimiento de SLA.
Responsabilidades
- Atención presencial a usuarios finales.
- Gestión y seguimiento de tickets en ServiceNow.
- Diagnóstico y solución de incidentes de hardware y software.
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos.
- Reemplazo de partes y componentes de hardware.
- Soporte a equipos Dell y Lenovo.
- Gestión de garantías con proveedores.
- Cumplimiento de SLA para tickets críticos, urgentes y prioritarios.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Técnico graduado en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
- Experiencia en soporte técnico en sitio.
- Conocimientos en ServiceNow o herramientas de ticketing.
- Experiencia en mantenimiento y reparación de equipos de cómputo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Montevideo.
Soft skills:
- Excelente orientación al cliente.
- Responsabilidad y compromiso.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir tiempos de respuesta.
