Objetivo del Cargo: Ejecutar la instalación, montaje y puesta en marcha de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones en terreno minero, garantizando la continuidad operacional y la seguridad de nuestras redes de comunicación en sitios remotos.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:

Montaje de Estructuras en Altura: Realizar trabajos de altura física para la instalación, ensamblaje y montaje de torres de telecomunicaciones, asegurando la estabilidad estructural y el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad industrial en faena minera.

Despliegue de Líneas de Radiofrecuencia: Ejecutar la instalación de líneas de transmisión de radiofrecuencia (RF), conectores y accesorios en torres y estructuras, garantizando la integridad de la señal y la protección de los componentes frente a condiciones ambientales extremas.

Alineación y Paneo de Enlaces de Microondas: Realizar la orientación, paneo y alineación fina de antenas y enlaces de microondas (MMOO), optimizando los parámetros de propagación para asegurar el máximo rendimiento y la alta disponibilidad de la red.

Montaje y Pruebas de Equipamiento en Sitios de Radio: Efectuar la instalación, conexionado eléctrico/técnico y pruebas operativas de equipos de radiocomunicaciones en gabinetes y casetas de sitio, certificando su correcta puesta en marcha antes de la entrega operacional.

Conducción y Operación Segura en Terreno: Realizar traslados en camioneta hacia sitios remotos dentro de la faena minera para el abastecimiento, transporte de herramientas y atención de mantenimientos, manteniendo los estándares de seguridad y autocuidado de la compañía.

Basic Requirements

Formación Técnica: Titulación de Nivel Medio o Nivel Superior en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Electricidad o especialidad afín.

Experiencia en Sector Minero: Mínimo 2 años de trayectoria laboral realizando trabajos de montaje e infraestructura técnica en faenas mineras.

Experiencia en Trabajo en Altura Física: Dominio práctico y comprobado en montaje de torres de telecomunicaciones, intervención en estructuras elevadas y uso de sistemas de protección contra caídas.

Dominio Técnico de Telecomunicaciones: Conocimientos sólidos en instalación de líneas de radiofrecuencia (RF), alineación de enlaces de microondas (MMOO) y configuración/pruebas de equipamiento en sitios de radio.

Licencia de Conducir: Licencia de conducir Clase B vigente.

Experiencia en Conducción Minera: Experiencia en conducción interna o pase de conducción interior mina en operaciones mineras (tales como BHP o Codelco).
